I have just started using the Cobra Snipping tool. Would you please tell me how I can attach it to an email ?

The application doesn't have email support which means you won't have the possibility to email the saved snips aka images. After you have captured a snip, save it using the Save button and then use your favorite email service to attach the picture to send it. You can use Gmail or Yahoo to register for an account to send your picture.
